The only problem I personally found with them was with the fact that their domain redirection forwards you to an https version of your domain and they don’t support SSL on their free plan. However you can submit a ticket through their forum and they actually help you out, therefore I strongly recommend them.

They have the best customer service I have seen for a free host, with a support ticket system right from your control panel and they often respond within minutes, which is really amazing.
One thing I ran into with them is that they block cookies and this results in an error message when I log into my WP admin panel. It says “Your browser cookies need to be enabled to use WordPress.” It takes a second try to log in.
This same cookie blocking also messed up my website when I tried to use a specific CDN service. All the graphics disappeared. Their support said that their servers are only compatible with Cloudflare CDN.

I personally used this host for my website and it was great. They exclude certain countries though from their free hosting plans, therefore you need to see if their free plan is available for your country.
If you create your account in a certain country, you need to access it from the same country, otherwise you will not be able to log in. You need to log in at least once a month into your hosting control panel (not the WordPress admin panel) to keep your account active, otherwise you will get disabled.
They also have a good support system, you get an answer in a few hours.
Their upgrade price is $6.95/month or $5.95/month if you pay for a whole year. Not very cheap.

This is the theory. I tried to use this host, but I was unable to install WordPress as I got a “php not working for the domain” error message. I searched their forum. Then I signed up for their forum, at which point I got the message that I am not authorized to view the forum (I could view the forum when I had no account.) I sent a message to the forum administrator, but I wasn’t able to get a response.
